  • 2 avocados
  • 1 red beefsteak tomato
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 grams cheddar cheese
  • 60 milliliters sour cream
  • 5 grams pepper, freshly ground
  • 15 grams salt flower
  • 40 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

  • In a bowl, whisk together the cream, egg, cheese, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, add the olive oil and garlic. Once the oil is fragrant, remove the garlic clove. Add the egg and stir until cooked.
  • Place chunks of avocado on the toast, followed by the tomato and the freshly cooked egg.
