Beat in a bowl the cream, egg, cheese, salt and pepper. In a pan add olive oil and garlic. Once the oil is aromatized, remove the clove of garlic. Add the egg, stir until cooked.
Place the avocado in pieces on the toasted bread, followed by the tomato and the fresh egg.
