Toasted bread with avocado, tomato and egg with cheddar cheese

Delicious breakfast of toasted bread with avocado, tomato and scrambled egg with cheddar cheese. This easy egg recipe is perfect to start the day with something tasty and very simple to prepare.

  • 4 Bimbo® toasted bread
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 red beefsteak tomato
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 grams cheddar cheese
  • 60 milliliters sour cream
  • 5 grams pepper, freshly ground
  • 15 grams salt flower
  • 40 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

  • Beat in a bowl the cream, egg, cheese, salt and pepper. In a pan add olive oil and garlic. Once the oil is aromatized, remove the clove of garlic. Add the egg, stir until cooked.
  • Place the avocado in pieces on the toasted bread, followed by the tomato and the fresh egg.
