1/4 kilos ground beef
6 eggs
1 bell pepper
salt and pepper

With the ground meat, make hamburgers, removing the center so they take the shape of a ring or donut.
Cut the bell pepper into slices to create rings, preferably thick slices.
In a skillet, preheat a little oil (about one tablespoon), being careful not to burn it.
Place the meat, the bell pepper in the center of the meat ring, and an egg inside it.
Season with salt and pepper, cover the skillet, and wait for 10-15 minutes for the meat to be well cooked, depending on how well done you want it.
Repeat over and over until you finish with the meat and eggs.
