Special Fried Eggs

  • 1/4 kilos ground beef
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • canola oil

  • With the ground meat, make hamburgers, removing the center so they take the shape of a ring or donut.
  • Cut the bell pepper into slices to create rings, preferably thick slices.
  • In a skillet, preheat a little oil (about one tablespoon), being careful not to burn it.
  • Place the meat, the bell pepper in the center of the meat ring, and an egg inside it.
  • Season with salt and pepper, cover the skillet, and wait for 10-15 minutes for the meat to be well cooked, depending on how well done you want it.
  • Repeat over and over until you finish with the meat and eggs.
