Vegetable Cake

Add a different touch to your usual breakfast with this delicious vegetable cake, it is very nutritious and ideal for the whole family.

  • Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan with hot oil until the onion becomes transparent.
  • Chop the cauliflower, potato, and tomato and add them to the onion and garlic, frying for 15 minutes or until the potato is soft and cooked. Set the vegetables aside.
  • Beat two eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour it into the hot pan with a little oil to form a cooked egg tortilla on both sides. Repeat with two more eggs to make two egg tortillas.
  • On top of one tortilla, distribute the vegetables and then place the second tortilla on top. Garnish with cream cheese to taste.
