1 kilo tortillas
1/2 kilos tomato, cooked
4 mirasol chili peppers, cooked
1 clove garlic
1/2 kilos cheese, for shredded quesadilla
1 onion, finely chopped
1 lettuce, slice
1 pinch oregano
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the cheese with the onion.
Make the sauce with the mirasol chiles, 3 tomatoes, the garlic, using just enough broth to blend, it should be thick, strain it into a deep container.
Blend the remaining tomatoes with the oregano and strain it.
Heat oil in a saucepan, make tacos with the cheese, dip them in the sauce, and fry them.
