1 teaspoon cumin
1 pinch salt
1 cup canola oil
12 corn tortillas
2 cups Manchego cheese
1 onion
1/4 cups cream

Cook the beans
Blend the beans with a little water
Season the sauce with cumin and salt
In a skillet, put the oil and fry the tortillas
Dip the tortillas in the bean sauce
Place the tortilla on a plate and add cheese
Add onion, fold the tortilla, and do the same with the others
Add more sauce on top of the tortillas, add cream to taste
