French Toast Cups with Dried Fruits

These French toast bites with fruit are a different and balanced way to prepare this dish for breakfast; they are very quick and easy to make. The sandwich bread is infused with a cinnamon and butter aroma with fruits like strawberries, bananas, raspberries, nuts, and blueberries.

  • 3 cups sandwich bread, cut into cubes, for French toast mixture
  • 2 eggs, for French toast mixture
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk, for French toast mixture
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • butter, for greasing the mold
  • 1/4 cups blueberry, topping
  • 1/4 cups raspberries, topping
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, topping
  • 1/4 cups shredded coconut, topping
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella®

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the French toast until combined. Set aside.
  • Pour the mixture into butter-greased cupcake molds.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Unmold, decorate with a different topping, and serve with a spoonful of Nutella®. Enjoy.
