Fried Egg with Avocado on Toast

To have a completely different breakfast, we share this recipe for Fried Egg with Avocado on Toast. Give them a special touch with Ancho Chile sauce.

  • 4 San Juan® eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 limes
  • 2 toasts
  • 1 ancho chile, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 100 milliliters vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Mash the avocado with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and add the juice of half a lemon. Mix perfectly.
  • Prepare the fried egg with a drop of oil.
  • Spread the avocado on the bread and place the egg on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  • To make the sauce, fry the garlic along with the onion in a pan, once they have a light brown color, add the chili and fry. Blend finely and add salt and pepper.
