Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the milk or cream. Add the flour, salt, and pepper. (Note: if you are using a salty cheese like parmesan, only use 1 teaspoon of salt).
Choose the vegetables/meats of your choice (asparagus, peppers, chorizo, potatoes, mushrooms, leeks, onion, bacon, spinach, ham, zucchini). Cook the vegetables or meats and cut them into pieces. The total amount of ingredients combined should be 2 cups.
Mix the previously cooked and cut vegetables/meats with the egg mixture. (Note: if any ingredient is too hot, let it cool a bit).
Add the herbs of your choice to the egg mixture (optional). Some delicious options are basil cut into strips, chopped chives, chopped parsley, or mint cut into strips.
Add the cheese of your choice. Some tasty options are crumbled feta, crumbled goat cheese, grated parmesan, or shredded mozzarella.
If you wish, you can also add some spices like nutmeg, paprika, garlic, or pepperoncini.
Place an oven-safe skillet (without plastic) over medium heat with the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the egg mixture and let it cover the entire skillet.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 9-12 minutes until the sides of the frittata start to set.
Place the skillet in the oven (uncovered) at 350 F (180 C) and let it cook for an additional 15-25 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove the frittata from the oven and cut it into slices or squares (if it's for a snack). Let the frittata cool for 10 minutes before eating.
