I used this recipe solely for selling to my friends, which turned out well.

  • 4 cups pancake mix, sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups fresh fruit

  • First, heat the skillet over low heat and add a teaspoon of butter to melt.
  • The fresh fruit is blended until it becomes a puree, then all the ingredients are poured into a bowl with the fruit and whisked until well combined and free of lumps.
  • Add a teaspoon of butter to melt, then pour a portion of the mixture; flip it once it is full of bubbles, and remove from the skillet when the hotcake is fluffy.
