I used this recipe only for sale to my friends, which worked well.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 cups pancake flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups fresh fruit

Preparation

First heat the frying pan over low heat and a teaspoon of butter is made to melt.
The fresh fruit that is mashed is ground, then all the ingredients are poured into a container with the fruit and beat until they are well mixed and without any lumps.
Make a teaspoon of butter to melt and pour a portion of the mixture; it will be turned once it is full of bubbles, it is removed from the pan when hot cakes sponge.

TIPS

You can add honey or maple syrup and that's it, good luck.
