Granola Cups

  • 1 1/2 cups oats, for the granola cups
  • 1/2 cups shredded coconut, for the granola cups
  • 1/4 cups chia seeds, for the granola cups
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, for the granola cups
  • 1/2 cups honey, for the granola cups
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, for the granola cups
  • 1 box D'Gari®️ light Jelly Strawberry-Cherry flavor, for the filling
  • 4 cups water, for the filling
  • plain Greek yogurt, for decorating
  • strawberries, in halves, for decorating
  • blueberries, for decorating
  • mango, in thin slices, for decorating

  • Mix the oats, shredded coconut, chia, cinnamon powder, honey, and coconut oil in a bowl until combined.
  • Place the granola in greased cupcake molds, use a glass to make a hole in the center to form the cups, and bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
  • Pour the D'Gari®️ light Strawberry-Cherry flavor gelatin into boiling water, mix until completely dissolved, and let cool slightly.
  • Pour the gelatin into the unmolded granola cups and refrigerate.
  • Decorate the granola cups with a bit of Greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and mango.
