Granola Toast for Breakfast

Treat yourself in the mornings with these delicious and healthy granola toasts. They are crunchy, easy to make, and provide a lot of energy. They are made with Kellogg’s® Coco, raisins, and honey granola, making them perfect for maintaining your diet. You can pair them with fruit and Greek yogurt.

  • 2 3/4 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cups honey
  • 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 cups kiwi
  • 1/4 cups mango

  • Melt the peanut butter and honey in a skillet over medium heat. Pour the mixture over the Kellogg’s® Coco, raisins, and honey granola. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Place wax paper over a baking sheet or container and spread the Kellogg’s® Coco, raisins, and honey granola mixture evenly over the dish.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm enough to cut.
  • Remove the dish from the refrigerator, unmold, and cut into medium squares with a knife.
  • Spread a light layer of Greek yogurt on top and add chopped fruit.
