Granola Toast for Breakfast

Pamper yourself in the morning with these delicious and healthy granola tostaditas. They are crunchy, easy to make, and have a lot of energy. They are made with Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey that make them perfect for taking care of the diet. You can accompany them with fruit and Greek yogurt

  • 2 3/4 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cups honey
  • 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, washed and sanitized
  • 1/4 cups kiwi
  • 1/4 cups mango

  • Melt the peanut butter and honey in a skillet over medium heat. Pour the mixture over the Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Place waxed paper on a tray or bowl and spread the Kellogg's® Coconut Granola mixture, raisins and honey all over the baking dish
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm enough to cut.
  • Take the refractory out of the refrigerator, unmold and cut medium squares with a knife.
  • Spread a light layer of Greek yogurt on top and top with the chopped fruit.
