  • 1/4 cups pineapple, without peel, in medium cubes, for the smoothie
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut, toasted for garnish
  • 5 Vita+® grapefruit cups, segments, without juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon granola, for garnish

  • Blend the ice, yogurt, shredded coconut, Vita+® grapefruit cups, and pineapple until you achieve a thick and homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
  • Serve the smoothie in a bowl. Place a strip of toasted shredded coconut, a strip of chia, the segments of Vita+® grapefruit cups without juice, and a strip of granola. Decorate with mint leaves. Enjoy!
