Gratinated Quesadillas

Delicious cheesy quesadillas are what you can prepare with this recipe, and they are drenched in green sauce, very Mexican.

  • 16 corn tortillas
  • 450 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 200 grams green salsa
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • On each tortilla, place a portion of cheese.
  • Put one portion per plate (4 pieces).
  • In a saucepan, add the oil.
  • Pour the green sauce.
  • Once the sauce is hot, add the cream and whisk until a uniform consistency is achieved.
  • Remove from heat and pour over the pieces on the plate.
  • Put in the oven for 1 minute.
  • It can be decorated with a little green pepper or parsley.
