Delicious cheesy quesadillas are what you can prepare with this recipe, and they are drenched in green sauce, very Mexican.

16 corn tortillas
450 grams Oaxaca cheese
250 grams sour cream
200 grams green salsa
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

On each tortilla, place a portion of cheese.
Put one portion per plate (4 pieces).
In a saucepan, add the oil.
Pour the green sauce.
Once the sauce is hot, add the cream and whisk until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Remove from heat and pour over the pieces on the plate.
Put in the oven for 1 minute.
It can be decorated with a little green pepper or parsley.
