Try this creamy quiche! This delicious version is made with turkey ham, Manchego cheese, and ricotta, plus it has a very crispy base. Best of all, this dish is ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, give it a try!
1 cup butter, in small cubes, at room temperature, for the crust
1/2 cups water, cold, for the crust
flour, for rolling out the dough
1 cup Danone® Sugar Free Greek Yogurt, for the filling
5 eggs, for the filling

1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, fried, for the filling
1 cup turkey deli ham, in thick slices, in small cubes, for the filling
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, low-fat, grated, for the filling
1/2 cups requesón, for the filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it reaches a thickness of 1 cm. Place it in an oven-safe dish, remove the excess with a knife, and cover with parchment paper and beans, as these help prevent the quiche crust from rising and allow you to bake it. Bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes, remove from the oven, take out the beans and parchment paper. Set aside.
With a whisk, mix the Danone® unsweetened Greek yogurt, the egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the ham, Manchego cheese, and ricotta and mix.
Pour the filling over the quiche base and bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
Serve the ham and cheese quiche in the same dish and garnish with parsley.
