In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it reaches a thickness of 1 cm. Place it in an oven-safe dish, remove the excess with a knife, and cover with parchment paper and beans, as these help prevent the quiche crust from rising and allow you to bake it. Bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes, remove from the oven, take out the beans and parchment paper. Set aside.
