  • For the dough, we will heat the milk but do not let it boil. Once the milk is hot, we add the butter and yeast. Once well dissolved, we add a teaspoon of salt, sugar, and flour, mixing with our hands until we have a uniform dough. We let it rest for one hour.
  • Once we have our dough ready, we roll it out and brush it with a little butter, then we start filling it, leaving the edges free. First, we place the 10 pieces of bacon in order, then the ham, followed by the chopped olives, and finally, we add the cheese.
  • We take a little milk, add the egg, mix it, and use this to brush the edges of the bread so they stick. Once we have wrapped our bread, we brush the outside with this milk and egg mixture for a shiny and crispy finish. We place it on a baking tray.
  • Now we preheat our oven to 180°C and put our bread in; it will take about 35 to 40 minutes to be ready.
