3/4 cups honey
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cups sesame seed
1/2 cups raisins, seedless
1/2 cups dried cranberries, or dried cherries
1/2 cups dried apricots

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large deep bowl, mix the honey, butter, and vanilla. Add the oats, nuts, and sesame seeds.
Spread the mixture on baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool. Return the granola to a large deep bowl and add the dried fruits, mixing well.
