The granola is a breakfast full of energy thanks to oats, nuts and fruits. This granola recipe will give you the tools to make it at home.

Ingredients

9 servings
  • 3 cups of oats
  • 3/4 of Cup of honey
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup of nut
  • 1/2 Cup of Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of raisin without seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of dehydrated cranberry or dehydrated cherries
  • 1/2 Cup of dried apricot

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
    In a large bowl, mix honey, butter and vanilla. Add the oats, nuts and sesame seeds.
    Put the mixture on baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from the oven and let cool. Replace the granola in a large bowl and add the dehydrated fruits, mix well.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany the granola with milk, yogurt and fruit.

    TIPS

    Store the granola in tupperware or a ziplock bag to last up to 4 weeks.

    Hola Juana, puedes hacer un pre horneado de la avena, aunque si prefieres mezcla todo y sólo hornéalo una vez, queda igual de rico. Se nos ocurre que puedes cambiar la mantequilla por aceite de coco (lo encuentras en las tiendas naturistas y supermercados comerciales). Esperamos te guste, y bien por esa dieta!

    no entendí muy bien en la horneada, ¿se hornea 2 veces? Se mete solita la avena a hornear y luego otra vez con los ingredientes miel, mantequilla y demás? y si no le pongo mantequilla por eso de la dieta?
