Chilaquiles

Golden corn tortilla with Oaxaca cheese, sour cream, green sauce. Served with refried beans, it's delicious, I recommend it, make it cheap and quick.

  • 1 kilo corn tortillas
  • 500 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 250 milliliters green salsa
  • sour cream
  • oil
  • refried beans, to taste

  • The corn tortillas are toasted in triangles.
  • Blend the sauce with the sour cream.
  • Add a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking, place a layer of tortillas, then the blended mixture, and another layer of cheese, and so on until all ingredients are used.
  • Cook on low heat and cover, wait for the cheese to melt.
  • Once the cheese is melted, serve and accompany with the refried beans, and you're done.
