Chorizo and Potato Gorditas

  • We prepare the dough with a little water and salt.
  • We make balls and flatten them in the tortilla press, we make mini tortillas and cook them; when they puff up, we cut them with a knife to fill them.
  • Prepare the chorizo with a little Oléico oil and add the cooked potatoes.
  • Let it cook a bit by adding the tomato puree, the necessary amount.
  • The gorditas are filled.
