  • 2 cups milk, for the crepes
  • 4 eggs, for the crepes
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted, for the crepes
  • salt, for the crepes
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, for the crepes

  • Blend the milk, egg, melted butter, salt, and flour until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Melt a little butter in a skillet, pour a bit of the previous mixture, and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Fill with scrambled eggs and fold, forming a triangle. Place on a platter and set aside.
