Green Enchiladas Filled with Tuna and Cheese

Delicious recipe to enjoy with family, they are green enchiladas filled with tuna instead of traditional chicken. A traditional Mexican dish that you will love.

  • 1 can tuna
  • 400 grams queso fresco
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 table cream
  • 1 serrano chile, tatemado
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 30 grams butter

  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Mix the tuna, cheese, and onion.
  • Fill the tortillas with the tuna and cheese mixture. Form rolls which are sautéed in oil for about 2 minutes, without letting them get too brown.
  • Blend the cream and the cleaned green chili without the seeds.
  • In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the mixture of green chili and chicken broth. Once it boils, add the tuna rolls until they are covered by the mixture.
