Cook the tomatoes, chiles, onion, and garlic clove in a pot with enough water for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are well cooked.
Blend the cooked vegetables, cilantro, vegetable broth, Danone® sweetened Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until you have a sauce.
Heat the tortillas and fill with chicken, roll them up, and place the enchiladas on a plate or baking dish. Then, cover with green sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 180 °C for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
