12 corn tortillas, fried

1 sprig fresh cilantro, washed and sanitized
1/2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
5 leaves lettuce, sliced
150 milliliters sour cream
200 grams queso fresco
Preparation

Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, chiles, and water until you achieve a liquid consistency.
Strain the sauce, fry it in a skillet, and season with salt and pepper.
Soak the tortillas in the sauce, fill each tortilla with chicken, and top with sauce.
Garnish the enchiladas with lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. Serve.
