4 Roma tomatoes, in halves
1/2 onions, in piece
1/2 onions, chopped
queso fresco, to taste
1/4 liters sour cream
1 tomato, chopped, or 2 pieces
serrano chiles, it can also be jalapeño, to taste
12 tortillas
1 garlic
vegetable oil, necessary amount
salt, to taste

Blend the tomatoes, onion, and garlic with salt to taste in the blender.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onion, then add the chopped tomato and the chopped chili.
Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan, stirring until the mixture fries.
Add the cream and stir, then add the fresh cheese crumbling.
Dip the tortillas one by one into the mixture, so they heat up and soak a little.
To serve, place the spread tortilla on a plate, add some sauce in the center, and roll it up. Then pour more sauce on top.
