Enjitomatadas are delicious tortilla rolls, bathed in tomato sauce, cream and cheese. This dish is perfect for when you have many diners, since it is yielding and very tasty.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 roma tomatoes, in halves
  • 1/2 onions, in chunk
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • fresh cheeses, to taste
  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 1 tomtato, chopped, or 2 pieces
  • serrano peppers, It can also be jalapeño, to taste
  • 12 tortillas
  • 1 garlic
  • oils, necessary amount
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Blend the tomatoes, onion, and garlic with salt to taste in the blender.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion, then add the chopped tomato and the chopped Chile
Empty the mixture that we liquefied to the saucepan, move until the mixture is cold.
Add the cream and stir, add the fresh cheese crumbling.
Put the tortillas one by one in the mixture, so that they heat up there, and soak a little.
To serve, place the tortilla spread out on a plate, put the sauce in the center and roll up. Then bathe on top with more sauce.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the plate with more crumbled fresh cheese.

TIPS

You can fill them with shredded chicken breast.
