1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
500 grams tortilla chips

Cook the tomatillos, onion, and chilies in a pot with enough water for 5 minutes.
Blend the boiled ingredients with the garlic and cilantro until you achieve a smooth texture.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pot, pour in the green sauce, and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Coat the corn tortilla chips with the green sauce.
Garnish the green chilaquiles with cheese, cream, and onion. Serve with Del Valle Frut® Citrus and enjoy with your family.
