6 tostadas, baked
1/2 cups Hummus Libanius®
3/4 cups Libanius® natural dry jocoque
2 eggs
1/4 onions, chopped
1 tablespoon chipotle chile
1/2 cups panela cheese , or oaxaca
Preparation

Break the tostadas and place them on a plate.
Mix the Hummus with the Jocoque and the tablespoon of chipotle.
Pour the previous preparation over the tostadas.
Add the grated cheese and chopped onion.
Prepare scrambled or fried eggs, and add them at the end to the Lebanese Chilaquiles.
And you're done! A simple and very healthy dish to start the morning.
