Lebanese Chilaquiles

An original recipe that combines Arab flavors in a traditional Mexican dish, with ingredients that make it healthy.

  • 6 tostadas, baked
  • 1/2 cups Hummus Libanius®
  • 3/4 cups Libanius® natural dry jocoque
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese , or oaxaca

  • Break the tostadas and place them on a plate.
  • Mix the Hummus with the Jocoque and the tablespoon of chipotle.
  • Pour the previous preparation over the tostadas.
  • Add the grated cheese and chopped onion.
  • Prepare scrambled or fried eggs, and add them at the end to the Lebanese Chilaquiles.
  • And you're done! A simple and very healthy dish to start the morning.
