Ingredients

2 portions
  • 6 fried or toasted corn tortilla, baked
  • 1/2 cups Hummus Libanius®
  • 3/4 cups Jocoque Libanius® Dry Natural
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, oaxaca

Preparation

Break the toast and place it on a plate.
Mix the Hummus with the Jocoque and the chipotle spoonful.
Bathe the toast with the previous preparation.
Add the striped cheese and the chopped onion.
Prepare the scrambled or crashed eggs, and add them to the Lebanese Chilaquiles at the end.
And ready! A simple and very healthy dish to start the morning.

TIPS

If you want to add more spice you can mix the hummus and the jocoque with a green or red sauce, so it can be a hotter dish. However it is recommended cold.
