Mexican Quiche

I made this recipe with what I had in the refrigerator; it's not very expensive and turned out really delicious, perfect for a unique breakfast. You can use whatever you have in the fridge.

500 grams puff pastry
6 button mushrooms
1/2 broccoli, small
1/2 cauliflowers, small
1/2 onions
5 eggs
Chihuahua cheese, to taste
1/4 chorizos

Low
First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough and place it in a round baking dish.
For the filling, sauté the onion with the broccoli and cauliflower, the chorizo, and lastly the mushrooms.
Beat the eggs with salt and a little pepper.
Place the filling on top of the puff pastry and then the eggs, and on top of everything, the Chihuahua cheese.
Finally, place it in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
