Mexican Quiche

I made this recipe with what I had in the refrigerator; it's not very expensive and turned out really delicious, perfect for a unique breakfast. You can use whatever you have in the fridge.

  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • 1/2 broccoli, small
  • 1/2 cauliflowers, small
  • 1/2 onions
  • 5 eggs
  • Chihuahua cheese, to taste
  • 1/4 chorizos

  • First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough and place it in a round baking dish.
  • For the filling, sauté the onion with the broccoli and cauliflower, the chorizo, and lastly the mushrooms.
  • Beat the eggs with salt and a little pepper.
  • Place the filling on top of the puff pastry and then the eggs, and on top of everything, the Chihuahua cheese.
  • Finally, place it in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
