Preparation
First preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Stretch the dough and arrange it in a round refractory.
For the filling the onion is fried with the broccoli and the cauliflower, the chorizo and the last the mushrooms.
Beat the eggs with salt and little pepper.
Put the stuffing on top of the puff pastry and then the eggs, and on top of all the chihuahua cheese.
Finally put in the oven for 30 minutes or until it is golden brown.
