  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cups red bell pepper
  • 1 cup onion
  • vegetable oil
  • 4 boxes Ground Tomatoes with Del Fuerte® Habanero Chile
  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded
  • pico de gallo, to accompany
  • sour cream, to accompany
  • queso fresco, to accompany

  • Place cilantro, red pepper, and onion in a bowl. Mix and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan over low heat, pour in the containers of Del Fuerte® crushed tomatoes with habanero chili, and cook for 5 minutes, then add ¾ of the pico de gallo.
  • Place the tortilla chips in a baking dish, pour some salsa over them, and add some chicken. Add more salsa and cover completely. Incorporate the shredded cheese and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish the ranch-style chilaquiles with pico de gallo, cream, and cheese. Enjoy with American coffee and orange juice!
