Soak the bolillos and crumble them in half a liter of water.
Fry the bacon.
Next, heat one and a quarter liters of water and add the bolillos, epazote, chiles, previously fried bacon, and Knorr Swiss cubes.
Boil for 7 minutes.
Serve in a deep plate and add lime and oregano to taste.
