  • 4 bolillo rolls
  • 2 cubes granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 árbol chiles
  • 2 sprigs epazote

  • Soak the bolillos and crumble them in half a liter of water.
  • Fry the bacon.
  • Next, heat one and a quarter liters of water and add the bolillos, epazote, chiles, previously fried bacon, and Knorr Swiss cubes.
  • Boil for 7 minutes.
  • Serve in a deep plate and add lime and oregano to taste.
