Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 4 bolillo bread
  • 2 cubes chicken broth cube
  • 4 chile de árbol peppers
  • 2 branches epazote

Preparation

Bobbins are soaked and crumbled in half a liter of water
Then add a quart of water to heat and add the bolillos, the epazote chiles, the previously fried bacon and cubes of Swiss Knorr.
It is boiled for 7 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and add lemon and oregano to taste.

TIPS

You can open the tree chiles for a more intense itching.
