Milk Chilaquiles

500 grams tortilla chips
1 liter milk
4 serrano chiles, In strips
1 onion, sliced
2 sprigs epazote
1/2 tablespoons salt
Preparation

Low
Put the milk with the chiles and onion in a pot. Bring to a boil until it reduces a bit.
Add salt to taste, the epazote, and then the tortilla chips.
Let it thicken a little, remove the epazote, and serve.
