Milk Chilaquiles

A somewhat unusual family recipe, but super delicious and very easy to make, you'll surely love it.

  • Put the milk with the chiles and onion in a pot. Bring to a boil until it reduces a bit.
  • Add salt to taste, the epazote, and then the tortilla chips.
  • Let it thicken a little, remove the epazote, and serve.
