Muesli Baskets with Yogurt and Berries

These baskets made with muesli, a delicious preparation from Switzerland made with seeds, cereals, and honey, filled with a yogurt gel topped with a tablespoon of Nutella® and berries. It is the ideal and most fun option to give your children a very balanced breakfast.

  • 1/4 cups oats, for the muesli
  • 1 1/2 cups granola, mixed, for the muesli
  • 1/4 cups corn flakes, colored, for the muesli
  • 1/4 cups almonds, for muesli, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cups pistachios, for muesli, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cups dried fruit, finely chopped, for muesli
  • 1/4 cups raisins, finely chopped, for muesli
  • 1/4 cups sesame seeds, for muesli, toasted
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, for muesli, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cups cranberries, dehydrated for muesli, chopped
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted, for the muesli
  • 2 tablespoons honey, for the muesli
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 1 Nutella®
  • 1/4 cups blueberries, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, cut in half for decoration
  • 1 green apple, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cups raspberries, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix all the muesli ingredients with the butter and honey. Place the mixture in greased cupcake molds. Freeze for 30 minutes and set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the yogurt and temper the gelatin with a little yogurt, mix the gelatin with the yogurt. Add the mixture into the muesli baskets and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the yogurt sets.
  • Remove from refrigeration and spread a tablespoon of Nutella® over the yogurt, decorate with blueberries, strawberries, green apple, and raspberries.
  • Serve and enjoy.
