1/2 cups soy flour
1/2 cups low-fat milk, dry
1/2 cups wheat sprouts, toasted
1/4 cups almonds, slices
1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
1/2 cups apple, dried and chopped
1/2 cups raisins
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup honey, dark
1/2 cups peanut butter, unsalted
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly spray the baking pan with olive oil cooking spray
In a deep bowl, mix oats, flour, powdered milk, wheat germ, almonds, apples, raisins, and salt
Mix honey, peanut butter, and olive oil over medium-low heat until well integrated
Add the vanilla to the honey mixture and this mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring well
Spread the mixture evenly in the mold. Press firmly to eliminate air
Bake until the edges begin to brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool
