  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups soy flour
  • 1/2 cups low-fat milk, dry
  • 1/2 cups wheat sprouts, toasted
  • 1/4 cups almonds, slices
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cups apple, dried and chopped
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup honey, dark
  • 1/2 cups peanut butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly spray the baking pan with olive oil cooking spray
  • In a deep bowl, mix oats, flour, powdered milk, wheat germ, almonds, apples, raisins, and salt
  • Mix honey, peanut butter, and olive oil over medium-low heat until well integrated
  • Add the vanilla to the honey mixture and this mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring well
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the mold. Press firmly to eliminate air
  • Bake until the edges begin to brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool
