Ingredients

24 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups soy flour
  • 1/2 cups skim milk, dry
  • 1/2 cups wheat germ, toasted
  • 1/4 cups almond, slices
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/2 cups apple, dried and chopped
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup honey, dark
  • 1/2 cups peanut butter, without salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lightly cover the baking oven with olive oil cooking spray
In a deep bowl, mix oats, flour, milk powder, wheat germ, almonds, apples, raisins and salt
Mix the honey, peanut butter and olive oil over medium-low heat until they are integrated
Add the vanilla to the honey mixture and this mixture to the dry ingredients, stir well
Spread the mixture in the mold evenly. Press firmly to eliminate air
Bake until the edges begin to brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool

PRESENTATION

Cut 24 bars and store them in an airtight mold when they are completely cold.

Dudas con ingredientes e instrucciones A que te refieres con "Manzanas secas"? Son manzanas dehidratadas? La leche seca es "en polvo??" Cubrir ligeramente el horno para hornear con aceite de olivo?? El horno es para hornear generalmente y para guardar trastes cuando no esta en uso. Pero como que Cubrir ligeramente?? Lo rocio por dentro?? Pregunto.. quienes ya lo hicieron cual fue el resultado?? Gracias, lo que pasa es que soy nuevo en esto y confundo terminos que difieren de un pais a otro.
