  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons pecan essence
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups almonds, sliced
  • 1/4 cups walnuts
  • 1/4 cups pistachio
  • 16 tablespoons Nutella®, 15 g per serving

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then, add the egg, walnut essence, and vanilla essence and beat. Incorporate the butter and continue beating until you have a firm dough. Add the almonds, walnuts, and pistachios and mix to combine.
  • Transfer the biscotti dough to a baking sheet and shape it into a rectangle. Bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Use a serrated knife to cut slices 8 centimeters thick, return to the baking sheet, and bake at 150 °C for 18 minutes.
  • Spread a portion of 15 grams of Nutella® on each biscotti and serve with fruit and a glass of milk.
