  • 11/4 cups pancake mix
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 envelope instant oatmeal, cinnamon flavor

  • Place the egg whites and the hotcake mixture in the blender. Blend at medium speed.
  • Add the milk, the peeled banana in pieces, and the oatmeal.
  • Blend until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Heat the skillet with butter. Pour portions of the mixture and cook the hotcakes on both sides. Remove and place on a plate.
