Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 egg whites
  • 11/4 cups pancake flour
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 on instant oatmeal, cinnamon flavor
  • to taste butter

Preparation

Place the egg whites and the hotcakes mixture in the blender. Blend at medium speed.
Add the milk, the banana peeled and in pieces and the oats.
Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. let stand a few minutes.
Heat the pan with butter. Pour portions of the mixture and prepare the hotcakes on both sides. Remove and place on a plate.

PRESENTATION

Serve, if desired, with fruits and cream cheese or honey.
