Place the egg whites and the hotcakes mixture in the blender. Blend at medium speed.
Add the milk, the banana peeled and in pieces and the oats.
Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. let stand a few minutes.
Heat the pan with butter. Pour portions of the mixture and prepare the hotcakes on both sides. Remove and place on a plate.
