  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 bananas, or bananas
  • 1 cup oats, mashed

  • Mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Add the oats, baking powder, sugar, and egg.
  • Mix well until smooth.
  • In a hot skillet, add the butter and place a large spoonful of the mixture; cook for 20 seconds on each side.
