Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 bananas, or bananas
  • 1 cup oats, milled

Preparation

Crush the bananas until they are pureed.
Add the oatmeal, baking powder, sugar and egg.
Mix well until it is homogeneous.
In a hot pan add the butter and place a large spoonful of mixture; leave 20 seconds of cooking on each side.
