  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • turkey breast, slice
  • Manchego cheese, sliced

  • Blend the oats, egg, milk, and salt. Set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a crepe pan over medium-low heat. Remove excess butter and add a ladle of the crepe mixture.Spread the mixture across the pan and cook on low for 5 minutes. Flip the crepe and cook for 2 more minutes. Fill with ham and cheese and fold.
  • Serve the oatmeal crepe on a flat plate.
