  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 sandwich bread
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 slices turkey deli ham
  • 1/4 cups Manchego cheese, grated

  • In a bowl, beat the Huevo San Juan®, milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • In a non-stick skillet, add the butter and the egg. Cook for 3 minutes; add the bread, soaking it with the egg on both sides, flip it over and cook for 3 more minutes; add the ham and cheese.
  • Close your sandwich and toast for 3 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
