Omelette sandwich

  • 2 San Juan® eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 sandwich bread
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 slices turkey deli ham
  • 1/4 cups Manchego cheese, grated

  • In a bowl beat the Egg San Juan®, the milk, salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a nonstick skillet, add the butter and egg. Cook for 3 minutes; add the bread, dipping it with the egg on both sides, turn and cook for 3 more minutes; add the ham and cheese.
  • Close your sandwich and brown for 3 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
