In a bowl, beat the Huevo San Juan®, milk, salt, and pepper to taste. In a non-stick skillet, add the butter and the egg. Cook for 3 minutes; add the bread, soaking it with the egg on both sides, flip it over and cook for 3 more minutes; add the ham and cheese.
