3/4 cups orange juice, natural
1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 unflavored gelatin powder, about
4 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150g each
1 pomegranate
4 tablespoons pistachios, chopped

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the orange juice with the water and sugar.
Hydrate the gelatin with water and add it to the previous mixture. Mix until dissolved and cool.
Pour the jelly into 4 small cups to form a base, and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Add the Natural Yoghurt Oikos® and decorate with pomegranate and pistachios.
