Orange Jelly with Yoghurt and Pomegranate

Take advantage of pomegranate season and prepare this delicious dessert combining orange jelly with creamy yoghurt and pomegranate seeds; it’s a fresh and delightful recipe.

  • 3/4 cups orange juice, natural
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 unflavored gelatin powder, about
  • 4 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150g each
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 4 tablespoons pistachios, chopped

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the orange juice with the water and sugar.
  • Hydrate the gelatin with water and add it to the previous mixture. Mix until dissolved and cool.
  • Pour the jelly into 4 small cups to form a base, and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Add the Natural Yoghurt Oikos® and decorate with pomegranate and pistachios.
