Oreo Muffins

  • 16 OREO cookies
  • 100 grams lard, softened
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 220 grams self-rising flour
  • 30 grams cocoa, bitter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 150 milliliters cow's milk
  • 200 grams chantilly cream

  • Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract. Sift the flour with the cocoa and add it to the mixture. Finish by mixing everything with the milk. Place the preparation in 12 paper muffin cups or in a special muffin tray, filling only ¾ of the mold. Bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
  • Mix the whipped cream with 6 broken cookies (not crushed).
  • Once the muffins are cool, pipe a dollop of the Oreo cream using a star tip. Place an Oreo cookie on top of each.
